How long do the nails last?

Each kit includes both adhesive tabs and nail glue, so you can choose the wear time that works best for you.

Adhesive tabs:
Perfect for short-term wear, typically lasting up to 5 days.

Nail glue:
For longer wear, nail glue can keep your nails secure for up to 4 weeks when applied properly.

How do I apply the nails?

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and many international destinations.

Why isn’t my tracking updating?

Sometimes shipping carriers take 1–2 business days to update tracking information after your package has been shipped.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because our products are personal beauty items, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you simply want to choose a different size or style.

What if my item arrives damaged?

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We may be able to update your address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to modify the shipping address.
