Return Policy

Because our products are personal-use beauty items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons if you’d simply like a different style or size.

Before placing your order, we encourage you to carefully review your selections and use our size guide to find your best fit. 

We appreciate your understanding, protecting our community’s health and maintaining the highest hygiene standards will always come first for us. 

Damages & Issues

While situations like this are rare, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at hello@orluvia.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and photos of the issue so we can make it right with the care and attention you deserve.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@orluvia.com with your order information and we’ll do our best to help. However, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed, especially during periods of high order volume.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for address errors once the package has left our facility. Shipping costs are non-refundable for packages returned due to incorrect address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered to the shipping address provided, Orluvia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
