Orluvia is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. 

 

International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

 

Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather disruptions, or high seasonal shipping volumes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Orluvia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
